“It was such a privilege to hear your talk about listening for God’s message in our everyday moments. Reminding us of the importance of slowing down and helping our kids understand God’s purpose in each of us. Your talk has resonated with so many of us, from your story about writing Seeking Christmas to the letter you wrote your boys about technology and why you have to say no to it sometimes. I can picture your barefoot walks with your Grandfather and your bike ride with your sons like I was there. Your gift of storytelling is amazing. Your faith is evident and your message really spoke to all the women who were lucky enough to receive it last month at our meeting. Thank you for giving of your time and sharing your wisdom with us. I have no doubt that each lady in the Chapel that day left with a priceless unforgettable gift reminding them of God’s love and grace.”
“Our group loved hearing Renee speak about living in each moment with our little ones and how to truly Seek Him with our children in every opportunity that arises. Our moms left our meeting excited to seek Christ not only at Christmas but throughout the year! She was truly one of our most memorable MOPS speakers this year and touched each mom in the room with the words that she shared!”
“What an awesome experience to have Renee speak at our Christmas brunch! Her attention to detail and meeting the needs of our group were tremendous. The timing was perfect to discuss her book Seeking Christmas and a great reminder for each of us to focus on the true meaning of Christmas. Renee captured our hearts with her sweet spirit and godly words of wisdom. It was a true blessing to have her join us!”
“Thank you so very much for speaking at our MOPS group. Our group enjoyed you so much. They are all excited to make the ornaments and have talked about making it into a girls night. We could honestly listen to you speak all day. You were so encouraging in how you worded everything and with your ideas. We would LOVE for you to come back to our group again.”
“You were wonderful at Evening Grace last night! Your sense of humor, sincerity, ability to speak clearly and vulnerably about difficult topics, and your pure passion for God and for simplifying Christmas were just beautiful.”
“We had the privilege of having Renee speak at our monthly nighttime women’s gathering, Evening Grace. She was wonderful! From her warm and inviting personality, to her humor, insights and wisdom, she had everyone engaged from beginning to end. She is definitely someone we will want to have again!”
“Our MOPS group has been blessed to hear Renee speak on two separate occasions. Her messages touch the hearts and lives of many moms. It’s easy to relate to her heart for God through her creative style and her personal anecdotes that made God’s Word and work in our lives come alive. Renee challenged us in our daily walk with Christ in simple and profound ways. We can’t wait to hear her speak again!”
Renee is happy to create a message specific to the needs of your group.
A few topics she is currently speaking on:
Take Heart: Life is more than going through the motions. It’s more than surviving the day or even the season of life we find ourselves in. Fear whispers into our hearts when we are faced with tough choices or challenging roads. The pace of life wears us down. Even when
all is well in our world, daily life can take its toll on our soul.
But God instructs us to take heart. To be encouraged. To have hope. To be confident. To
have courage. He has overcome the world so the world doesn’t overcome us. We can have peace when life is tumultuous, patience in the waiting, strength and courage to
face anything, and eyes to see His goodness no matter where we find ourselves moment by moment. Together let’s take heart.
Women’s One Session Events
Expect to See God in Unexpected Ways: Throughout the Bible God shows us His affection for using the unexpected and doing the unexpected. God’s Word is full of surprises. When we expect to see God in unexpected ways, we begin to experience God in ways we’ve never imagined.
Take Heart: Life is more about the process than the end result. God doesn’t always show us where we are going, but He promises to be with us every step of the way. He promises that no matter where we find ourselves in life, we can remain confident that we will see His goodness. He asks us to just say yes to Him. What is He asking you to say yes to today?
All Life is a Moment: In every moment God has a message. In every moment, we have the opportunity to direct the hearts of our children and loved ones to Jesus. Despite the busy, distracted world we live in today, we can use the ordinary, everyday moments to create a journey of faith with our families.
Be Still in a Not So Still World: God knows our lives and crazy schedules, yet he still commands us to be still. Why? Because he knows how the gift of stillness will change our lives. We will explore how to be still without changing our circumstances.
Living for the Unseen in a Highly Visual World: We hold deep desires planted in our hearts by God. Desires to be truly known and deeply loved. We live in a highly visual world where we share on social media the insignificant details of our lives and find it tempting to seek validation and purpose in these counterfeit offerings. His Word instructs us to fix our eyes not on what is seen but on what is unseen. Joy will be found when we live in the seen for the unseen. In this talk we explore 3 heart desires. To be known, to be loved, and to be accepted. This talk can be expanded over several sessions exploring additional heart desires if needed.
Christmas Courage- Moving from Stress to Simplicity to Make Room For Splendor: Christmas is a simple message the world has complicated with busyness and commercialism. When we remove the clutter and simplify the season, we discover the secret to a magical holiday is wrapped in the true gifts of Christmas. Unwrapping takes courage, but it’s simpler than we realize.
Creating Space for the Gifts of Christmas: A 10 minute devotion on preparing our hearts for Christmas.
